Vaccine against coronavirus acceptance growing in Hungary
A growing number of people in Hungary have expressed a willingness to be vaccinated against coronavirus, the daily Magyar Nemzet said on Tuesday, citing a Nézőpont survey. Currently 45 percent indicated a readiness to receive the jab.
Positive experiences reported by people who have received the vaccine and public campaigning by various public figures are behind the growing inclination to be inoculated, the paper said.
Vaccine acceptance is the highest (42 percent) among those critical of the Orbán regime, the survey found.
Fully 66 percent of respondents above 60 also said they would accept the vaccine.
Acceptance is growing in all other demographics, albeit at a slower pace, the survey indicated.
Meanwhile, Nézőpont said almost two-thirds of respondents were satisfied with the government’s coronavirus protection efforts.
As we wrote before, In addition to a new shipment of the Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine sufficient to inoculate 39,000 people, Hungary will take delivery of 3,600 doses of Moderna’s vaccine today, read more HERE.

So far, over 28 millions have been given the first vaccination shot and there is no significant number of people who died or suffered severe side effects. According to “no vax” movement we would have counted loads of victims…
I tell Hungarians: if you wish to soon get back to normal life you better trust science, do not trust fake news spread by no vax people.
Vaccines are safe, and they work.
